Shipping & Delivery

We currently use An Post for national deliveries. We hope to cater for international deliveries very soon.

Standard Postage and packaging is offered at €4.10 for one item and free when you spend over €60. Standard delivery services are not tracked and delivery performance may vary but is expected to take 1-3 working days in Ireland. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays in Ireland and your country. Weather conditions, strikes and busy periods, such as Christmas, may impact delivery times.

All goods are checked prior to dispatch for Quality Assurance purposes. However if during transit, damage occurs, please contact us within 48 hours and send photos of the damage to info@element8.ie. We will send replacement goods if satisfactory proof of damage has been provided. We will only replace damaged goods with the same product and not a different product to the one damaged.

Returns & Replacements

To cancel a purchase, you must inform Moll’s Organics Ltd. of the decision to cancel using either the contact form or email address provided before the cooling-off period expires.?You are entitled to a cooling-off period of 14 days, which begins on the day that you receive the goods.?There is no requirement to give a reason for cancelling.

You must send the goods back within 14 days of informing Moll’s Organics of the cancellation. You have to pay for the cost of returning the goods.

Upon cancellation, Moll’s Organics will repay all payments you made, including delivery charges, within 14 days. If you choose a more expensive type of delivery than our cheapest standard delivery, you are only entitled to be refunded the cost of the cheaper delivery type. Moll’s Organics Ltd. can withhold repayment until the goods are returned or you supply evidence that you have sent the goods back. Cancellation will not be accepted in certain cases including where:

  • The goods seals have been broken by you and cannot be returned for health protection and hygiene reasons
  • The goods have been damaged or returned to us in a damaged state.

We trust that goods will arrive safely and in a timely fashion, however if, on the rare occasion they don?t, please let us know immediately so we can fix the issue.

If goods arrive damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged goods. We will gladly replace any damaged goods that cannot be used.
